1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver our products across India through trusted courier partners and transport services.
For bulk and distributor orders, specialized logistics arrangements are available.

2. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized / third-party manufacturing orders require additional time based on agreed specifications.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

South India: 2–4 working days
North India: 4–7 working days
East & West India: 3–6 working days
Remote / rural areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather, and location accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

Order weight
Delivery location
Type of product
Courier service availability

Note:
Shipping charges will be informed at the time of order confirmation (or will appear automatically if ordered via the website).

For bulk, wholesale, and distributor orders, transport charges are based on actual logistics cost.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your product is shipped, you will receive:

Tracking ID / AWB number
Courier partner details
Tracking link (if applicable)

You can monitor your shipment status online until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the customer is unavailable or unreachable:

The parcel may be returned to us
Re-delivery charges may apply

Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.

7. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a package that is:

Damaged
Leaking
Opened
Tampered
Mismatched

You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

Order ID
Photos/Videos of the damaged product
Packaging images

We will arrange for a free replacement or suitable resolution based on our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

AIDERVET LLP is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Incorrect/incomplete address
Wrong phone number
Customer unavailability
Delivery refusal

In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Bulk / Distributor / B2B Orders

For large orders, contract manufacturing or third-party manufacturing shipments:

Dispatch schedule will be planned as per agreement
Logistics are arranged via transporters or cargo services
Loading/transport handling charges may apply

Customized logistics support for distributors is available on request.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
However, export arrangements may be considered for bulk B2B inquiries based on regulatory requirements.
