To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have outlined our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following valid conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

✔ Damaged or leaked product on arrival

If the product packaging is damaged, tampered, or leaking at the time of delivery.

✔ Expired product received

In the unlikely event that an expired product is delivered.

✔ Manufacturing defect

If there is any defect arising from manufacturing, sealing, packing, or formulation irregularity.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged packaging after delivery
  • Products stored improperly by the buyer
  • Customized or special formulations
  • Contract/third-party manufactured goods
  • Bulk orders supplied based on approved specifications
  • Products without invoice or proof of purchase

3. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Any request beyond 48 hours will not be eligible due to product safety and quality control guidelines.

  • Order ID / Invoice Number
  • Product name & quantity
  • Photographs of the product (damaged/incorrect)
  • Explanation of the issue

Our team will verify the request and respond within 24–48 hours.

5. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

✔ Free Replacement

A new product will be shipped at no additional cost.

✔ Exchange with an equivalent product (if applicable)

Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If the product is unavailable, we may offer alternative products or a store credit.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Product not available for replacement
  • Wrong product delivered and no alternative accepted
  • Order canceled due to internal issues

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or via bank transfer.

Refund Timeline:

7–10 working days after return approval.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before dispatch.

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

AIDERVET LLP will bear the pickup/return cost only when:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

In all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

9. Product Handling Responsibility

A return will be rejected if:

  • The product shows signs of tampering
  • The seal is broken
  • The product has been opened or used
  • The product was not stored properly (heat, sunlight, moisture, contamination)
